Please note: There is also a completely separate studio located at the bottom of the garden. Guests staying here have their own entry and exit and will not interfere with your stay. However if you wish to also book this studio as a package with the main house, please contact our staff who will be more than happy to assist you with this.

Second Lounge area has a fireplace with a small supply of wood is provided for your stay
Bathroom: There are three bathrooms, one on each level of the house
Heating and Cooling: Mixture of fans both pedestal and ceiling throughout the property. Fireplace in main entry with some firewood supplied
Outdoors: Outdoor setting, large rear garden area
Parking: 2 car driveway, please be aware this is a steep driveway

Greenfields Beach House is not pet friendly, please contact us for a list of available pet friendly options.
Linen
Greenfields Beach House is fully equipped with all your bedroom and bathroom linen, however you will need to supply your own beach towels.
Wifi
Greenfields Beach House does supply free Wifi for guests, however we cannot guarantee the signal or strength during your stay.
Security Bond
A security bond of 500 may be required depending on your method of booking. If required you will be informed at the time the booking is made.
Arrivals and Departures
On the day of your arrival check in is from 2pm, when the property may be available for an earlier check in we will notify you. On the day of departure check out is strictly 10am, If a late check out should be available we will notify upon arrival.
We try our best to have the properties ready for a 2pm check in however during peak period the check in time may differ.
