Bedroom 2 – Double bed + Single bed.

Important things to note:
Unfortunately, Seascape on Towry is not pet-friendly. Contact us for pet-friendly alternatives.
A $500 security bond is required before arrival.
BBQ must be cleaned after use, or a $50 cleaning fee will apply.
Please take care on steep landscaped areas and paths.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: From 2pm (early check-in offered when possible)
Check-out: Strictly 10am (we’ll notify you if late checkout is available)

Security Deposit
A refundable 500 security bond is required for all bookings. This will be processed on your arrival day, or 24–48 hours prior if you're arriving on a public holiday. (Note – this does not apply for Airbnb bookings)
Check in / Check out information
• Check-In: From 2:00 PM, or 3:00 PM during peak periods (school holidays, Christmas, Easter, and public holidays)
• Check-Out: strictly 10:00 AM during peak periods
If you're arriving outside of the peak times, early check-in may be possible—contact us at least 24 hours in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate you
House Rules – Please read before booking.
By proceeding with your booking, you agree to the following house rules:
• No parties – this home is not a party home, it is intended for quiet, family-friendly stays.
• Please keep noise to a respectful level at all times
• No smoking, vaping, or use of e-cigarettes anywhere on the property – indoors or outdoors.
• No Fireworks, firearms, or any explosives will be tolerated
• No Motorbike riding on the property
• No Driving or parking on lawns or garden areas
Please note: Failure to follow these rules can result in early termination of your stay without a refund, and your security bond will be forfeited.
Additional cleaning fees may also apply if the property is not left clean and tidy.
