Security Bond
A refundable $500 security bond is required for all bookings. This will be processed on your arrival day, or 24–48 hours before if you’re arriving on a public holiday.
Check in Check out
• Check-In: From 2:00 PM, or 3:00 PM during peak times (school holidays, Christmas, Easter, and public holidays)
• Check-Out: By 10:00 AM sharp during peak periods
Early check-in may be possible outside peak times – just get in touch at least 24 hours before you arrive and we’ll see what we can do!

• No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes anywhere on the property – indoors or outdoors
• Just a quick reminder that this is a no-party property, and we kindly ask you to keep noise levels down, especially in the evenings, to respect the neighbours.
Note - If these rules are not followed, we may need to ask you to leave early without a refund, and your security bond will be forfeited.
Extra cleaning charges may also apply if the place isn’t left clean and tidy.
