Maddy – Holiday Rental Manager
Born and raised in the beautiful Jervis Bay region, I’m a proud local and a mum who loves helping people experience everything our area has to offer. I’ve been managing the Book Jervis Bay Holiday Rental Department since December 2015 and have enjoyed watching both the holiday accommodation industry and our local community evolve over the years.
What I love most about working in holiday accommodation is that no two days are ever the same. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities, and I thrive in a fast-paced environment where being adaptable is key.
My favourite place in Jervis Bay is the vibrant township of Huskisson. Whether it’s the waterfront, local shops or relaxed atmosphere, there’s always something happening. If you’re looking for a sweet treat, I highly recommend Espresso Boy Doughnuts! They make some of the most outrageously good donuts you’ll ever try!
Three words to describe me: Loyal, honest and organised.
Fun fact: I’m incredibly competitive… whether it’s sport, a board game or a friendly challenge, I always play to win!
Jen – Holiday Rental Specialist
Originally from Sydney, I’ve proudly called the beautiful Jervis Bay region home since 2001. With many years of experience in real estate and marketing, I’ve had the privilege of raising my family here while enjoying everything this wonderful community has to offer. As part of the Book Jervis Bay team, I love helping guests discover the best of our region and creating memorable holiday experiences.
One of the things I enjoy most about working in holiday accommodation is that every day is different. I love meeting people from all over the world, sharing my local knowledge and recommending places to visit, dine and explore. Working alongside such a fantastic team makes it even more enjoyable, there’s never a dull moment, and it’s incredibly rewarding knowing we’ve helped create wonderful holiday memories.
My happy place is the beach, any beach in Jervis Bay! I love starting the day with an early morning walk to watch the sunrise, and you’ll often find me out paddleboarding, enjoying the calm waters and beautiful scenery. If I’m lucky, I might even spot a pod of dolphins playing nearby.
If you’re looking for a dining recommendation, Wild Ginger is one of my favourites. The coconut-crusted squid is absolutely delicious, and the food, cocktails and atmosphere make it the perfect place for a relaxed meal.

Fun fact: I love spending time with my family, especially my grandchildren, and taking my Spoodle for walks. I’m also a keen tennis player although I’m probably a little better in my own head than I am on the court!

I’m proud to be part of the Book Jervis Bay holiday team. I enjoy meeting people from all walks of life and helping create memorable holiday experiences for our guests. Whether it’s answering questions, sharing local recommendations or making sure everything runs smoothly, I love being part of making each stay a great one.
What I enjoy most about working in holiday accommodation is meeting new people and helping guests relax and make the most of their time in beautiful Jervis Bay. Knowing we’ve helped create lasting holiday memories is one of the most rewarding parts of the job.
My favourite place in Jervis Bay is Murrays Beach. I love spending time swimming, snorkelling and soaking up the sunshine in one of the area’s most beautiful spots.
If you’re visiting Jervis Bay, I highly recommend exploring Booderee National Park. With its stunning beaches, scenic walking trails and incredible wildlife, there’s always something to discover. If you visit at the right time of year, you might even spot whales or dolphins!
