Born and raised in Jervis Bay, Maddy is a proud local who loves helping guests experience everything this beautiful region has to offer. She has managed the Book Jervis Bay Holiday Rental Department since 2015 and has enjoyed watching both the industry and local community grow over the years.
Passionate about creating memorable stays, Maddy thrives in the fast-paced nature of holiday accommodation where every day brings something new.
Her favourite place in Jervis Bay is Huskisson, with its waterfront, local shops and relaxed coastal atmosphere. Be sure to try Espresso Boy Doughnuts while you’re there!

Jen – Holiday Rental Specialist
Originally from Sydney, Jen has proudly called Jervis Bay home since 2001. With a background in real estate and marketing, she brings a wealth of experience and a genuine love for the local community to the Book Jervis Bay team.
Jen loves helping guests discover the best of the region, sharing her local knowledge and creating memorable holiday experiences. She enjoys that every day in holiday accommodation is different and loves connecting with people from all over the world.
Her happy place is the beach, whether it’s an early morning sunrise walk, paddle-boarding on the calm waters or spotting dolphins along the way. For a local dining recommendation, Wild Ginger is one of her favourites.

Whether it’s answering questions, sharing local recommendations or helping things run smoothly, she enjoys being part of creating great holiday experiences.
Elorah loves meeting new people and helping guests relax, explore and make the most of their time in Jervis Bay. Knowing she has helped create special memories is one of the most rewarding parts of her role.
Her favourite place in Jervis Bay is Murrays Beach, where she enjoys swimming, snorkelling and soaking up the sunshine. She also recommends exploring Booderee National Park for its beautiful beaches, walking trails and incredible wildlife.
