Upstairs features a large living area with plenty of seating, electric fireplace, a large 65″ Smart TV, which comes with Fetch TV, Optus Sports and the English Premier League is also included. Netflix is also available to subscribers via the Smart TV. There is a large outdoor deck at the rear of the home with a gas Weber bbq and outdoor setting, the perfect spot to enjoy the afternoon sun. The front balcony offers the perfect opportunity to see the sun rise over Jervis Bay in the early morning.

Southern Belle Jervis Bay features a self contained 1 bedroom studio downstairs with its own private kitchen, loungeroom, bathroom and outdoor lounge area. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need. The lounge area is private and offers plenty of seating, a 50″ Smart TV which also comes with Fetch TV, Optus Sports and the English Premier League is also included. Netflix is also available to subscribers. Downstairs has direct access to the back of the home where you’ll find the 3 seater with chaise lounge located in the sunshine!

Only a 2 minutes walk to Jervis Bay’s beautiful Collingwood Beach, The walking and bike path for Jervis Bay to Huskisson or St Georges Basin. On a short stroll you will find yourself at either the Vincentia Shopping Complex or the popular Moona Moona Creek and Park area.
Only a 4 minute drive to Huskisson and less than 10 minutes to the beautiful Hyams Beach.

Security Bond:
A security bond of 1000 may need to be paid depending on your method of booking, this will be advised at the time of booking if required.

Arrivals and Departures:
On the day of your arrival check in is from 2pm, when the property may be available for an earlier check in we will notify you. On the day of departure check out is strictly 10am, If a late check out should be available we will notify upon arrival.

Please Note: Extra Cleaning fees will apply if the property is not left in a similar state of which it was found.
