A refundable $500 security bond is required for all bookings. This will be processed on your arrival day, or 24–48 hours prior if you're arriving on a public holiday. (This does not apply to Airbnb bookings.)
Check In / Check Out Information
Check-In: From 2:00 PM, or 3:00 PM during peak periods (school holidays, Christmas, Easter and public holidays).
Check-Out: Strictly 10:00 AM during peak periods.
If you're arriving outside of peak periods, early check-in may be available—please contact us at least 24 hours in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
