Security Deposit
A refundable $500 security bond is required for all bookings. This will be processed on your arrival day, or 24–48 hours prior if you're arriving on a public holiday. (This does not apply to Airbnb bookings.)
Check In / Check Out Information
Check-In: From 2:00 PM, or 3:00 PM during peak periods (school holidays, Christmas, Easter and public holidays)
Check-Out: Strictly 10:00 AM during peak periods
If you're arriving outside of peak periods, early check-in may be available—please contact us at least 24 hours before arrival and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

By proceeding with your booking, you agree to the following house rules:
No parties – this home is intended for quiet, family-friendly stays.
Please keep noise to a respectful level at all times.
No smoking, vaping or use of e-cigarettes anywhere inside the property.
No fireworks, firearms or explosives.
No driving or parking on lawns or landscaped garden areas.
Please note: Failure to follow these rules may result in early termination of your stay without a refund, forfeiture of your security bond, and additional cleaning or damage charges where applicable.
