Security Deposit
A refundable $500 security bond is required for all bookings. This will be processed on your arrival day, or 24–48 hours prior if you're arriving on a public holiday.

Check In / Check Out Information
• Check-In: From 2:00 PM, or 3:00 PM during peak periods (school holidays, Christmas, Easter and public holidays).
• Check-Out: Strictly 10:00 AM during peak periods.
Early check-in may be available outside peak periods - please contact us at least 24 hours prior to arrival.

By proceeding with your booking, you agree to the following house rules:

• Please keep noise to a respectful level at all times.
• No smoking, vaping or use of e-cigarettes inside the home.
• No fireworks, firearms or explosives.
• No driving or parking on lawns or landscaped areas.
Failure to follow these rules may result in early termination of your stay without refund, forfeiture of your security bond, and additional cleaning or damage charges where applicable.
